1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all purchases made at lorelys.com (the “Website”), operated by Lorelys (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1.2 You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) to purchase from our Website.

1.3 We reserve the right to amend, update, or correct any information on the Website at any time without prior notice, including product descriptions, prices, images, availability, or typographical errors.

1.4 All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is intellectual property of Lorelys and may not be used without prior written consent.

2. Orders & Agreement

2.1 An order is binding once you have received an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.

2.2 Lorelys is not liable for delivery delays or non-fulfillment caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

3.2 We reserve ownership of all products until full payment has been received.

3.3 Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. Lorelys does not store payment card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We offer free worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but these are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our responsibility.

4.2 Once an order has been shipped, responsibility passes to the Customer. Risk of loss or damage during transit lies with the carrier.

4.3 If a package is not accepted, refused, or not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the Customer will be charged for all associated return shipping and handling costs.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 EU Customers: You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for online purchases. Lorelys further extends this to a 30-day return policy, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and packaging intact.

5.2 US & Non-EU Customers: No general right of return applies. Returns are only accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

5.3 To initiate a return, Customers must contact us at info@lorelys.com with their order number. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

5.4 Return shipping fees are non-refundable and are the Customer’s responsibility, except in cases of faulty or incorrect products.

5.5 Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after inspection of returned goods. Banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.

5.6 Sale or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

6. Complaints & Defects

6.1 Customers must inspect products upon receipt and notify Lorelys immediately of any defects, damages, or incorrect deliveries. Complaints must be made within 7 days of receipt with photographic proof.

6.2 Approved complaints will be remedied by replacement, repair, or refund, at Lorelys’ discretion.

7. Liability Limitation

7.1 Lorelys is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

  • delays caused by third parties (e.g. carriers, customs),

  • incorrect usage, handling, or installation of products by the Customer,

  • losses due to force majeure events (see §8).

7.2 Maximum liability shall never exceed the total order value paid by the Customer.

8. Force Majeure

Events outside Lorelys’ reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, war, technical outages) release us from liability for delivery delays or inability to fulfill obligations.

9. Privacy & Data Processing

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant for EU customers). By ordering, you consent to our processing of personal data for order fulfillment.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Lorelys is registered. Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
