Refund Policy

At Lorelys, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy differs depending on where you are located:


For EU Customers

As required by law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. 

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in their original packaging (no plastic or wrapping removed).

To initiate a return, email us at info@lorelys.com with your order number. We’ll send you all information by email. Please also share the reason for your return — it helps us improve.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.


For US Customers

Please note that in the United States, there is no general right of return. We only accept returns if your item is:

  • defective,

  • damaged, or

  • not the product you ordered.

If this is the case, please contact us immediately at info@lorelys.com so we can resolve the issue.


Non-returnable items

  • Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Personalised Items cannot be returned or refunded

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the unwanted product and place a new order for the one you’d like instead.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. If more than 14 business days have passed since we confirmed your return, please contact us at info@lorelys.com.
